Guardian Power Cleaning

Hi Steve,

I just wanted to reiterate what I told you during our phone conversation this afternoon about the way your crew tended to business at our local library on January 9, 2012.

I am a member of the Library Board of Trustees, and have assumed the responsibility of eliminating the stale odor in the building and books that has existed for quite a few years. Let me be clear that the contract to your firm was handled by the township officials, and I had no input to their process. My sole interest was to get the HVAC input ducts cleaned so fresh air could properly enter the building.

With that in mind, I was told that your crew was at the building today, and I went there to make certain that the proper cleaning was taking place. I introduced myself to the job foreman and he

took me through the steps involved in cleaning the intake register, ducts, filters etc. They were almost complete, and I was thus able to see most of the work as finished.

I must say that the result was beyond my expectations. They had removed years of dust and dirt, power-washed the duct interiors and then dried them. The ducts were SPARKLING CLEAN. They also cleaned the floor area in the mechanical room and replaced filters in the system.

Your foreman, Eddie Guarda and his crew have a work ethic that is seldom found in this day and age. I was not in their work area very long, as I did not want to interrupt their flow. They worked tirelessly and took pains to access all the duct system. Eddie was knowledgeable on the workings of the HVAC system and knew exactly what he had to do and how to do it.

Eddie Guarda is a credit to your organization.
